We grow yellow and white hybrid corn, as well as various open-pollinated varieties, such as the Bloody Butcher heirloom corn pictured above. We provide our certified organic corn to grain millers, food processors, flour mills, distillers and brewers—as well as to organic dairy farms and chicken farms.

The yellow and white hybrids are flint-type dent corn that we have chosen for their agronomic and nutritional qualities. They may be used for livestock feed, and also make excellent cornmeal, polenta, tortillas, and whiskeys. We stone-grind some of our corn at Janie’s Mill, and provide cornmeal and polenta to home cooks and professional chefs in 1.5 to 50-pound bags.

All of our bulk corn is available in 2,000-pound totes or by the semi load, and you may order clean or bin-run. Please contact us for details about the varieties and quantities of corn we currently have available.
