Our dark hilum beans (38-44% protein) are often used for livestock feed, but are also suitable for some soy foods. We have a limited amount of transitional dark hilum beans. Call for more information.

Soybeans are an important part of our organic crop rotation, as they provide nitrogen for the next season’s crops. Our whole, dried soybeans are nutritional powerhouses that contain all essential amino acids, making them an excellent source of protein for livestock feed, as well as for tofu, soymilk, and other foods.
All of our soybeans are available in 50-pound bags, 2,000-pound totes or by the semi load, and you may order clean or bin-run beans.
